Putting YOU at the centre of my teaching practice

Thank you for visiting my website! Here's a little bit about me;
I have extensive knowledge of the voice and the singing voice with over 15 years experience of
teaching singing. I offer classes in singing and group workshops, with a client centred approach
to support client progression and learning. I specialise in Musical Theatre singing and
technique but also support clients in Contemporary Commercial Music. My clients have been
successful in auditions, performing in the West End, UK tours and have successfully gained places
in some of the UK's leading training colleges and Universities. If you want to find out what some of my

I am currently on the teaching faculty at London Studio Centre, Performers College and Dancebox.
I was previously Head of Singing at Platinum Academy and taught singing and voice, musical directed full scale productions in other colleges and Universities including Wilkes Academy, Arts Educational London, Buckinghamshire New University and University of Cumbria. 
After graduating with a first class BA(hons) in Performing Arts, I moved to Germany where I performed as Romeo in the Germany tour of Romeo And Juliet across North Germany, Denmark and Sweden before returning to the UK to study and complete my MA in Opera and Music Theatre at the University of Sussex. Since my MA, I have worked as a singing and voice practitioner, Musical Director and composer. As a composer I have worked in theatre and contemporary dance where my music has been performed at The Lowry (Manchester, UK), The Tobacco Factory (Bristol, UK) and Mercat des las Flores (Barcelona, Spain). I was accepted on the Barcelona International Dance Exchange 2017 and worked with choreographers and dance artists from across the world. 

I am passionate about continuing to be up to date with my singing knowledge and technical understanding and I have recently completed the Vocal Process Teacher Accreditation programme led by world renowned Dr Gillyanne Kayes and Jeremy Fisher of Vocal Process. I continue to research academic voice work, with a particular interest in Transgender and Non-Binary voice and how best to support these voices in the studio and throughout training.
